We wanted to show you guys what it’s like for head coach Dean .😀 (crazy as he is)

Those who know, you have to search far and wide to find a coach who works as hard with so much passion, information and motivation as Dean.

Today we practiced social distancing goalkeeper training with solo/individual drills with 2 good goalkeepers and was a success.

Head coach Dean said ….”we have put plans into place to train safely and was good to hit all safety protocol toady”.

With the online coaching we have to be positive and use this time to develop technique, discipline and fundamental movements.

I’ve watched several goalkeeping programmes and personal training online sessions and it’s made me aware how brilliant we are at Pro-1 😀💪
