Dean is regarded as one of the best up and coming goalkeeper coaches in the English game.
Dean had a great school boy career, represented England Schoolboy and going through the ranks at Charlton Athletic.
Dean has spent the last 14 years representing teams at the highest level of non-league football and is know as one of the games great characters and, at 34, his signature is still in high demand.
Dean, with the belief that the English goalkeeping syllabus was failing, decided to design his own using his experience of playing in Europe.
His syllabus has had a tremendous effect on the footballing world with 30 goalkeepers being signed for professional clubs in 15 months and over 60 going on trial.
At the age of just 31 Dean was first team goalkeeper coach at League 2 Play-Off Winners Dagenham & Redbridge.
Dean also had a huge impact at Arsenal Academy but had to step down due to the high success of his own goalkeeping academy.
Deans knowledge and talent is recruited around Europe every year, including countries such as Italy and Slovenia.
He also works for ACADEF Espanyol as a Coach Educator, which is a position employed by the Spanish Football Federation.
