5-7 year old’s will be my class of 2025
These young goalkeepers aged 5-7 are developing really well. The Pro-1 goalkeeping syllables is very hard and works the young goalkeepers mentally as well as technically. A vital tool for a young goalkeeper is concentration. How can we achieve at this age a consistent 5-6 seconds of technical learning without an error? We ensure that we condition their minds and bodies with different intensity timings (low & high concentration levels)
If the rate of devolvement continues with these young lads they will all be academy rated gold goalkeepers by the age of 10!
